The Jr. Board of Directors is On Broadway's alumni leadership body – a group of past students who have chosen to remain deeply connected to the organization and actively invest in its future. They are not simply proud alumni. They are working partners in the mission.
Jr. Board members perform at On Broadway events, provide insight into current industry trends, and lead initiatives of their own design within the organization. Their presence in the lives of current students is one of the most powerful things On Broadway offers – living proof that the journey these young performers are beginning has a real, meaningful, and joyful destination.

Jr. Board members serve as stewards of On Broadway's mission and values — ensuring that the culture, care, and community that defined their own experience is preserved and passed forward.
Mentorship
They show up for current students in ways that faculty and staff simply cannot – as young people who sat in the same seats, faced the same doubts, and found their way. That proximity to the student experience is irreplaceable.
