On Broadway's Fall 2026 programming is built for students who are ready to keep growing. THE AUDITION PREP PROGRAM
Students Deserve More Than Audition Coaching.
They Deserve A Roadmap.
The On Broadway Pathways Initiative is our career development framework, designed to prepare young artists for success in education, auditions, and the professional entertainment industry.
Rather than focusing on performance alone, students receive individualized coaching, audition preparation, industry knowledge, and professional mentorship. They develop the technical skills, confidence, discipline, and decision-making abilities needed to navigate competitive auditions and future opportunities.
Whether preparing for a performing arts high school, college or conservatory, a professional audition, or simply becoming a stronger artist, every student follows a personalized pathway designed for long-term artistic growth and professional success.

Our students don't simply learn how to audition.
They learn how to prepare.
They learn how to identify educational programs that align with their goals, talents, and aspirations.
They learn how to present themselves professionally.
Most importantly, they develop the confidence and skills needed to take the next step in their artistic journey.
Learn From The People Who Shape
The Admissions Process
As part of the On Broadway Pathways Initiative, students may have opportunities throughout the year to learn directly from admissions professionals, faculty members, and representatives from participating performing arts high schools, colleges, conservatories, and universities.
These educational experiences include guest admissions workshops, classroom visits, and interactive question-and-answer discussions that provide students with firsthand insight into today's admissions process and the expectations of competitive performing arts programs.
Our mission is simple:
To prepare every student for the opportunities ahead while helping them discover the educational pathway where they will thrive
Why Families Choose
On Broadway
At On Broadway, we believe preparing for an audition is about far more than selecting the right songs or monologues. Success comes from understanding the admissions and audition process, preparing with intention, and developing the confidence to present your most authentic work.
Unlike many audition preparation programs, On Broadway is actively building relationships with casting companies, performing arts high schools, colleges, conservatories, and universities across the country.
By maintaining ongoing conversations with casting directors, admissions professionals, faculty members, and educational leaders, we continually strengthen our understanding of today's evolving audition practices. Those insights help inform our coaching and curriculum, ensuring students receive preparation that reflects current expectations, while developing the artistic excellence, professionalism, and confidence needed to succeed.
Much of what makes this program valuable comes into sharpest focus for students actively preparing for college and conservatory auditions, but general audition readiness matters well before that. Our middle schoolers preparing for their high school auditions build the same foundation as our oldest students: how to walk into a room prepared, how to present authentic work, and how to handle the audition process with confidence. That foundation only gets stronger the earlier it's built, which is exactly why this program is designed for students at every stage, not only those with a college application already in motion.
Whether students are pursuing Musical Theatre, Acting, Dance, or Vocal Performance, they gain perspective that helps them prepare with purpose.

THE DANCE PROGRAM
Reshaping How We Train
Dancers
This fall, we're reshaping how we train our dancers. The fundamentals stay the same, with strong technique built in ballet, tap, and modern. But we're expanding what students are exposed to beyond those three styles. Classes now blend hip-hop, jazz, and musical theater dance into one program. This gives students a wider range of tools, expands their versatility as performers, and helps them stand out.
The Dance Program runs Monday and Friday evenings across the fall, giving students a consistent, ongoing space to build technique year-round. Monday nights are dedicated to our Middle School dancers, and Friday nights are dedicated to our High School dancers, so each group trains alongside peers at the right level.

Get In On The Ground Floor

Our Dance Program is led by Preston Mui and Madyson Jean Hills, two artists whose partnership is exactly why this program works. One brings nearly three decades of professional industry experience. The other grew up training inside On Broadway itself. Together, they've built a teaching method shaped by both perspectives.
We are building this Dance Program in real time with Preston and Madyson at the helm. Performance today calls for dancers who move across styles fluently, not just dancers trained in a single tradition. Students who join this fall help shape a training approach built for where the industry is headed, right alongside the artists building it.
