Whether you’re preparing for a performing arts high school, college, conservatory, technical theatre program, professional auditions or simply striving to become a stronger performer, On Broadway helps young artists prepare for the next educational and and professional opportunities with confidence, purpose and expert guidance
Through conservatory-style training, individualized coaching, and the On Broadway Pathways Initiative, students receive more than audition preparation. They gain the confidence, artistic skills, industry knowledge and professional guidance needed to navigate auditions, make informed decisions and pursue their goals with purpose.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
2026 Fall Programming
On Broadway's Fall 2026 offering is built for students who are ready to keep growing. It brings together two offerings. The Audition Prep Series is open to all students and gets them ready to walk into any room with confidence. The Dance Program is for advanced students and keeps technique sharp all year long.
The Audition Prep Series consists of three six-week tracks...with both in-person Saturday and virtual weekday options.
Track A is for middle schoolers preparing to audition for high school performing arts programs.
Track B is for high schoolers ages 14 to 17, covering college and conservatory audition coaching, building their audition book, and general audition prep.
Track C is our virtual track, meeting Tuesday and Thursday evenings and open to high school students preparing for an audition, coming to us from any part of the world. Each track ends with students fully prepared for live auditions and holding a ready-to-submit self-tape they can upload wherever it's needed.
The Dance Program runs Monday and Friday evenings across the fall, giving advanced students a consistent, ongoing space to build technique between the Summer and Spring programs. Monday nights are dedicated to our Middle School dancers, and Friday nights are dedicated to our High School dancers, so each group trains alongside peers at the right level.
This fall, we're also reshaping how we train our dancers. The fundamentals stay the same, but we're expanding what students are exposed to beyond the classic styles of ballet, tap and modern. Our classes blend hip-hop, jazz, street-style, and musical theater dance into one culturally rich program. This gives students a wider range of tools, expands their versatility as performers, and helps them stand out.

Beyond Audition Preparation
The On Broadway Pathways Initiative is the career development framework, designed to prepare young artists for success in education, auditions, and the professional entertainment industry.
Rather than focusing on performance alone, students receive conservatory-style training, individualized coaching, audition preparation, industry knowledge, and professional mentorship. They develop the technical skills, confidence, discipline, and decision-making abilities needed to navigate competitive auditions and future opportunities.
Whether preparing for a performing arts high school, college or conservatory, a professional audition, or simply becoming a stronger artist, every student follows a personalized pathway designed for long-term artistic growth and professional success.

Unlike many audition preparation programs, On Broadway is actively building relationships with performing arts high schools, colleges, conservatories, and universities across the country through the On Broadway Pathways Initiative.

Those insights help inform our coaching and curriculum, ensuring students receive preparation that reflects current expectations while developing the artistic excellence, professionalism, and confidence needed to succeed.

These educational experiences include guest master classes, admissions workshops, classroom visits, and interactive question-and-answer discussions that provide students with firsthand insight into today’s admissions process and the expectations of competitive performing arts programs.

Q: Does my child need previous experience?
Our programs welcome students with a range of experience levels. Whether your child is preparing for their first audition or has years of training, we strive to meet students where they are while challenging them to grow.
Q: Which track/program is right for my child?
We’ll help you determine the best fit based on your student’s age, experience, interests, and goals. If you’re unsure where to begin, we’re happy to guide you through the options.
Q: What should students prepare before the first class?
Once you’re registered, we’ll guide you every step of the way. Families will receive a welcome email with everything needed for a successful first day, including schedules, attire recommendations, any required audition material, and program details. We want every student to arrive feeling prepared, confident, and ready to learn.
Q: Can students participate virtually if they don't live in New York City?
Absolutely. Our Virtual Audition Prep Track allows students from anywhere in the country—and around the world—to receive live, individualized coaching and professional guidance from On Broadway faculty.
Q: What is the difference between virtual and in-person coaching?
Both options provide individualized coaching, audition preparation, and personalized feedback. While the format is different, our commitment to helping each student succeed remains exactly the same.
Q: What if my child misses a class?
We understand that life happens, and your child’s well-being always comes first. If your student needs to miss a class, simply let us know as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee make-up classes, we are committed to helping every student stay connected. Whenever possible, we’ll send a summary of what was covered in class, along with any materials, assignments, or practice notes so students can review the work and continue learning when they’re feeling better or are ready to jump back in.
