Rema Webb
Founder & Executive Director
Rema is a 28-year Broadway veteran and her mission is to pass on her knowledge, create a better learning environment and inspire the next generation of young artists.
She was most recently seen in Chicago as Matron "Mama" Morton. Broadway Credits Include: Hell's Kitchen, Fat Ham, The Music Man, Escape to Margaritaville, The Color Purple, Violet, The Book of Mormon, The Lion King and Ragtime. Off-Broadway & Regional Credits: Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill, Disney’s Hercules, Unmasked, Footloose, Little Shop of Horrors, The Cradle Will Rock, The Colored Museum, A New Brain, You’re Standing In My Way: A New Song Cycle, Being Alive. Jessica Kate Mooney
Artistic Director
Jessica began her career as a Stage Manager and found her passion for arts education and producing through her work with On Broadway. She came on board full time in 2019 to lead our growing organization alongside Rema.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Jessica has a background in technical theater, media and leadership, and holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from Point Park University. Most notably, she spent years working Off-Broadway at Lincoln Center Theater and on the currently running production of Little Shop of Horrors.
It is her personal calling to be of service to others, and as a former theater kid herself, Jessica is immensely grateful to be a part of an organization that is paving the way for modern performing arts education. She has two wonderful children of her own, the lights of her life, who get to see their Mama do work that she loves every day.

Alex Nicholson
Managing Director
Alex has been a professional working actor for 10 years, spending the past three years with HAMILTON, covering Alexander Hamilton, Aaron Burr, George Washington, Mulligan/Madison, & King George III across three touring companies and Broadway. Other regional credits include Jersey Boys, Sister Act, and In The Heights, to name a few. He was first introduced to On Broadway working under Rema and Jessica for their 2019 summer program. He holds an Associates Degree in Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from SUNY ADK and is a proud alumni of Circle in The Square Theatre School’s musical theater program. @iamalexnicholson

Brandon Martin
Senior Program Producer
A proud Pittsburgh native turned Harlem resident, Brandon holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from Point Park University. He spent the first years of his career touring the country as a stage manager and props stagehand. Since moving to New York, Brandon has worked backstage as a stagehand on Broadway for shows like Gypsy with Audra McDonald, The Notebook, and Here Lies Love. Joining the team at On Broadway is such a rewarding experience and he looks forward to helping the next generation of talented students reach their Broadway dreams.

Tours: Motown (1st National), Memphis (1st National), Dreamgirls (Apollo & National Tour).

Marjorie Failoni
Head of Dance
Marjorie Failoni is a New York based performer and choreographer. She is originally from St. Louis, MO and has a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan.
Marjorie was in the Broadway production of Escape to Margaritaville and has performed all over the country including the Kennedy Center, Radio City Music Hall, Paper Mill Playhouse, La Jolla Playhouse, The MUNY, PCLO, Tuacahn Center for the Arts, North Shore Music Theatre, Maine State Music Theatre, Ogunquit Playhouse, Flatrock Playhouse, and the Cape Playhouse.
Marjorie Choreographed the World Premier of Christmas in Connecticut at Goodspeed Opera House for which she earned a Connecticut Critics Circle Awards nomination for Outstanding Choreography. She also choreographed Disney’s The Little Mermaid for Disney Cruise Line which is currently running on the Disney Wish. She choreographed an All Female tap piece for the Muny’s Variety Hour Ep 3. in 2020 entitled “Bach to the Future.” She was the Associate Choreographer for PBS A Capitol Fourth, the National Tour of 9 to 5, the UK tour of Disney’s High School Musical 2, Gettin’ the Band Back Together (George Street Playhouse). She was the Assistant choreographer for Jesus Christ Superstar (Music Theatre of Wichita), The Fig Leaves are Falling (Unsung Musicals), Andy Warhol Was Right (NYMF), and Godspell (MUNY) and the assistant director/choreographer for Omaha’s Christmas with the Symphony and Guys and Dolls (Axelrod Performing Arts Center). She was lucky enough to choreography the Muny Teens troupe show in 2021.
In addition to performing, Marjorie also judges, teaches workshops and has taught at various universities and dance studios across the country. She is also a Director for Beyond the Stars and Breakout Dance Competitions.

Kristofer Ryan Wilson
Head of Acting
Originally from Reidsville, North Carolina, Kristofer is an actor and playwright based in Brooklyn, and holds a BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts having trained at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting. During that time he fell in love with classical and heightened language. He rooted himself in the works of August Wilson, William Shakespeare, Anton Chekhov, Lynn Nottage, Dominique Morriseau, and Sam Shepard all while discovering his capacity for serving & inhabiting the truth embedded within a story.
Kristofer’s plays are inspired by his hometown and places like it: small towns and simple people. Interested in the stories of the everyday man and how the surreal can be used to explore those walks of life.
After his junior year, he made his professional debut at Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, MA, and has been working professionally ever since! He aspires to tell stories of the black experience and make space for black voices in classical material.
When not on stage, you can catch Kristofer writing poetry, reading James Baldwin’s oeuvre, hitting the gym, or cooking up southern delicacies for his friends.

Michael Fernandes
Head of Voice
Michael Fernandes is an experienced music educator and director of the Nassau-Suffolk Academy of Music on Long Island. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Syracuse University, where he developed a strong foundation in research-based, student-centered instruction.
Throughout his career, Michael has built and led numerous music and arts programs across New York. His work centers on designing strong instructional systems and nurturing positive musical experiences for all students.
In 2022, he earned his Master’s in Music and Music Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, further strengthening his dedication to high-quality music education.

Social Media & Content Manager
Leads On Broadway’s social media and digital content strategy, managing storytelling, content systems, and online engagement to amplify our programs, students, and community impact.

Lindsay is a Pittsburgh based multidisciplinary performer, writer, and digital marketing specialist whose practice blends storytelling, movement, and content strategy…with circus flair. Her specialties include content strategy, SEO, email marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional project leadership.
Lindsay has worked in the performing arts - both on stage and off - since she was old enough to hold a paintbrush and holds a degree in Creative Writing from Purdue University. She has spent the last 16 years developing unique learning experiences in science education for young audiences and is the founder of Cirque Jag Productions: Part creative studio, part marketing project integrating various performance production techniques into a vehicle for cultural, educational, and economic vitality.
