2026 Summer Musical Theatre Program

The heart of our year. Five weeks of immersive, conservatory-style training led by working Broadway professionals — covering acting, voice, and dance — culminating in a fully staged musical production performed in a 250-seat theater.

Students train alongside industry professionals, build lasting community, and take the stage in a production that reflects everything they've worked toward.

FALL 2026 - ADVANCED TRAINING

2026 Fall Musical Theatre Program

An audition-only program designed as a focused extension of the summer experience. The Fall Program offers advanced students continued training and performance opportunities during the school year — meeting four hours per week and culminating in a recital presented as part of our December Holiday Celebration and Gala.

Together with the Summer Program, the Fall Program creates a year-round pathway for student growth, artistic development, and community engagement.

On Broadway's professional development program for older teens and young adults — bridging the gap between training and the industry. Dream Connectors offers two distinct experiences built around the same belief: that every emerging artist deserves real access to the professional world they're working toward.

Dream Legacy

Dream Legacy is On Broadway's community engagement program — creating meaningful connections between the organization, its supporters, and the broader Harlem and Upper West Side community through two distinct offerings.

On Broadway: Up Close brings families and supporters into intimate gatherings with Broadway artists. Summer Nights at Cathedral Parkway is a donation-based outdoor concert series presenting Broadway artists and On Broadway students in performance, open to the entire neighborhood.

Work directly with Broadway's Rema Webb — founder of On Broadway and a 28-year Broadway veteran — in personalized, one-on-one sessions tailored entirely to your student's goals. Whether they're preparing for a conservatory audition, developing their craft, or building confidence for performance, Rema brings the depth of a professional lifetime to every session.

Sessions are student-centered, flexible, and available year-round based on Rema's schedule.
