Rashad V. Chambers
An award-winning producer, talent manager, lawyer and not-for-profit leader. Rashad was recently appointed Executive Director of the New York City Gay Men’s Chorus and served as the Interim Managing Director at Houses on the Moon Theater Company. In addition, Rashad was the Executive Producer at Evan Bernardin Productions. He began his career as the Founder and President of Esquire Entertainment as well as a staff attorney at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Rashad’s producing credits include American Son, Ain’t Too Proud, Betrayal, The Inheritance, Caroline, or Change, The Music Man, Little Girl Blue: The Nina Simone Musical, Topdog/Underdog, FatHam, Purpose and Goddess.

Susan Chapman-Hughes
A proven leader of transformation and innovation, Susan Chapman-Hughes is the Co-Founder of Acumentus, a global, boutique management consulting firm. Ms.Chapman-Hughes is an independent director of the J.M. Smucker Company where she chairs the Compensation and People Committee. She isan independent director of Toast where she chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee. Previously, she served as an independent Director for Potbelly Corporation where she led both the Compensation and Audit Committees.

Matt DiCarlo
A NYC area-based director. He directed the world premiere of Mischief's THE COMEDY ABOUT SPIES, which recently completed its sold-out limited engagement in the West End. He is currently directing CHRISTMAS CAROL GOES WRONG, making its premiere on tour across the UK before playing the Apollo Theatre in London’s West End. Matt is the International Associate Director for MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL. He staged the Off-Broadway production of THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG at New World Stages, the North American Tour, Chicago, and Washington DC. Before transitioning to directing full time, Matt had extensive experience as a Production Stage Manager, helming the Broadway productions of BEETLEJUICE, HONEYMOON IN VEGAS, THE COLOR PURPLE, ROCK OF AGES, and world premieres at Paper Mill Playhouse, American Conservatory Theatre, and La Jolla Playhouse.

Serving as CEO of DNY (formerly Deutsch New York) since 2005, Val DiFebo has been a key architect of the agency’s continual success and leadership in the advertising industry since joining in 1992. Val’s vast experience includes brand building with industry leaders including Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, IKEA, Procter & Gamble, ABInBev, PNC Bank, and Sherwin-Williams. Along with the Agency’s success, The Today Show, CNN, and other media outlets have all sought out her point of view, and she has been profiled in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Fortune.

An accomplished and forward-thinking Finance Executive with extensive experience in healthcare finance specifically with nonprofit academic medical centers in NYC.
For over 20 years, Julia has held progressive leadership positions in Finance and Administration at NYU Langone Health, Mount Sinai Health System and recently served as the CFO for RMANY. She has driven financial performance improvements, strategic initiatives and successful financial sustainable solutions.

Hugh Jackman
A versatile Australian actor, singer, dancer and producer born in Sydney. He gained global fame for his role as Wolverine in the X-Men film franchise and has also starred in musicals and other films earning a Tony Award, Emmy Award and Grammy Award, as well as an Academy Award nomination. Beyond his entertainment career, Jackman is known for his resilience from a challenging childhood and is a recipient of the Champion of the Order of Australia.

Kecia Lewis
Kecia Lewis is a Tony Award-winning American actress and singer known for her Broadway performances and television roles. She won a Tony for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for originating the role of Miss Liza Jane in Alicia Keys's Hell's Kitchen (2024). Lewis has an extensive career spanning over 40 years, appearing in numerous Broadway shows like Dreamgirls and Chicago, as well as recurring roles on TV shows including Law & Order: SVU and Mad About You. Branford Marsalis
An American saxophonist, composer, and bandleader. While primarily known for his work in jazz as the leader of the Branford Marsalis Quartet, he also performs frequently as a soloist with classical ensembles and has led the group Buckshot LeFonque. He is currently the Artistic Directors of the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music on New Orleans, Louisiana.

A. Michael Pratt
A Shareholder in the Philadelphia and New York offices of Greenberg Traurig, a multinational law firm of more than 2650 attorneys in 45 locations across the world. Michael serves as Chair of the firm's Philadelphia Litigation Practice, and is a highly accomplished litigator and trusted government relations advisor. He served as the 81st Chancellor of the 15,000 member Philadelphia Bar Association. He accepted a gubernatorial appointment to serve as a commissioner on the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
