Rema Webb has spent nearly three decades on the Broadway stage and in that time, she has developed a depth of craft, a warmth of spirit, and a genuine gift for helping young performers find their voice. In her private coaching sessions, she brings that lifetime of experience directly to your student.
Her mission is to pass on her knowledge, create a better learning environment, and inspire the next generation of young artists.
Rema's coaching is personal, dynamic, and entirely student-centered. She meets each young performer exactly where they are – building on their strengths, working through their challenges, and helping them connect authentically to material in a way that carries them forward both on stage and off.

Vocal Performance
From range and resonance to style and expression, Rema guides students through the craft of musical theatre vocal performance – helping them develop a confident, healthy, and distinctive voice that serves both their artistry and their audition goals.
Audition Preperation
Material selection, song cuts, monologue preparation, room presence, and the mindset that carries a performer through an audition with confidence. Rema knows the rooms – and she helps students walk in and own them.
