DREAM CONNECTORS

Audition Ready
Industry Ready

Dream Connectors prepares teens and young adults to audition for conservatories, high school & university theatre programs, and the professional industry – through hands-on workshops led by working Broadway professionals and real access to the performing arts world.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Taking the Next Step

Dream Connectors is built for the moment when a young performer is ready to take their next serious step – whether that's auditioning for a conservatory, a university BFA program, a pre-professional training program, or the industry itself. It gives teens and young adults direct access to the working professionals who can help them get there.

Each experience combines hands-on work with honest conversation. We help emerging artists understand what audition panels and industry professionals actually look for, and how to walk into any room with confidence.

Dream Connectors is grounded in honesty, craft, and community. It is purposeful and immersive by design, built around two distinct offerings that meet participants where they are.

High School, College & Conservatory Bound

For students preparing to audition for competitive high school programs, BFA programs, conservatories, and university theatre departments. Dream Connectors gives you the preparation, professional feedback, and industry insight that makes the difference when you walk into that room.

Teens & Young Adults

Designed for participants ages 14 and up who have foundational training in acting, voice, or dance and are ready to engage with both the educational and professional performing arts world at a serious level.

On Broadway Alumni

A natural next step for students who have participated in On Broadway's summer or fall programs and are ready to deepen their preparation and chart their path forward – toward college programs, pre-professional training, or the industry itself.
